the faulty item to the place of purchase
With all warranty claims the goods must be returned to where you
purchased the goods

4. Return
the goods to the manufacturer
To return
the goods to the manufacturer please follow these steps to ensure the
goods are repaired promptly and returned to the correct location

a 'SERVICE REQUEST FORM'
- Complete
the form and include with the goods

any delays please provide details of your freight.
