Should you require service of your ZENER product, there are several options available to you.

For Product Service

1. Return the faulty item to the place of purchase
With all warranty claims the goods must be returned to where you purchased the goods

2. Contact your local or nearest ZENER Distributor
Your local Disributor for Zener products can be located on his website

OR

3. Contact Zener's Head Office by phone or email for advice

OR

4. Return the goods to the manufacturer
To return the goods to the manufacturer please follow these steps to ensure the goods are repaired promptly and returned to the correct location

  • Download a 'SERVICE REQUEST FORM'
  • Complete the form and include with the goods

    Zener will not accept any responsibility for freight charges. To avoid any delays please provide details of your freight.

    The service request form should be completed with as much detail as possible. A fault may not be clearly identifiable or may relate to the installation or a particular site
