High Performance Output Filter

A solution to eliminating RF Interference and the need for screened motor cables with Variable Speed Drives.

All Zener drives are supplied as with an integral EMC filter for compliance with C-tick requirements and AS61800.3-2005: Adjustable speed electrical power drive systems – EMC requirements and specific test methods when correctly installed.

There are some situations in which it is not economical or practical to achieve an electromagnetic compatible installation using the industry standard installation methods that typically require screened power cables between the inverter & the motor. Additionally there are some cases where EMC performance beyond the published standards may be required. ZENER has developed a High Performance Output Filter to provide a solution in these situations.
